Joan Girardi is the sixteen year old daughter of Will and Helen Girardi who moved a few month ago to Arcadia. She's the middle child between her older brother Kevin and the younger one Luke. Her live changed a lot after her big brother almost died because of an car accident. But that's nothing when you think of the fact that she starts talking to God a year and a half later, and he is answering. Now her life turns really upside down, when he asked her to get a job, become a member of the AP Chem class or of the cheerleader group. In AP Chem then she found her two new friends Adam and Grace.
